During her 20 years in practice, Pearce has represented and advised more than 60 company owners, many of them entrepreneurs who have built successful companies under their own name.

Additionally, Pearce has represented 100+ creative and other executives at the helm of global brands, negotiating individual employment agreements as well as stock option plans on behalf of key executives collectively.

Most clients are serve in creative-driven industries, where company value is deeply rooted in brand value and individual talent behind it.  Intangibles pose special challenges for company owners and individuals alike.

For example:  How to value a fashion company whose marquis-name designer has become more prominent than the brand?  How to structure a partnership between a founder/owner and the buyer of his namesake company?

Pearce recognizes and confronts these challenges in advance. Her insight helps clients to avoid costly setbacks and capitalize on opportunities.

From a base in New York, Pearce serves an international clientele from the capitals of the fashion and luxury industries.
